Already three days!

If you haven’t caught my last posts I’m working on getting healthy, fit and fabulous and I’d love to have you join me: Dropping the WAH Weight

I’m working the Fat Loss Quickie Experience with Scott Tousignant and so far, so good. I’ve never been a ‘gym’ or ‘diet’ type of person so it’s really unusual for me to do a daily workout but I’m determined to really get fit and reach all my work at home goals!

Here’s a quick review of how I feel about it today:


Drat!!! My video got cut off AGAIN. Ok, I’m definitely not using YouTube to record my videos anymore.

What I WAS saying in that video above was that the cardio is HARD. I’m not gonna lie to you. He works you out. And isn’t that what we want? I want to get fit and I want to work. I have nothing against work.

But you know what the cool thing is? You work hard for 10 MINUTES at a time – that’s not long! It’s gone in a flash and you’re back to your super productive work at home day ;)
