Quick update for day 5 of the Fat Loss Quickie Experience. No video today! I’m giving you a break from my smilin face ![]()

Since I missed working out on Thursday I did Day 5′s workout today.
The Workout – Today I really enjoyed the workout part. There was an ab exercise where you pass the ball from your legs to your hands. Another exercise was sitting on the ball and working some core muscles and another was for arms. –> Can you tell I don’t know much about working out??! lol… I don’t know the names for most muscles or exercises but I know I feel awesome so far!
The Cardio – Today’s cardio was pure squats. We did 100 squats while working the weights at the same time.
I know I’ve said it before but these workouts are ONLY 10 MINUTES!
Still having a hard time believing that I can get really fit with such short workouts everyday but I know I’m already starting to feel much more energy.
During the workout Scott mentioned it’s important to have goals with solid dates on them. Since I haven’t done that yet and put a date on it here are my goals with dates:
Fit Into my Leather Jacket by January 23rd, 2010 ( which happens to be my birthday
)
