Day 15 – Fat Loss Quickie Quick Check In
Hey again!
Today is Day 15 of the Fat Loss Quickie Challenge and so far so good.
I did both 10-minute exercises today. The only thing I don’t like is the burpies or burpee, not sure how you spell it, so instead of doing that I do jumping jacks which gives me a great cardio workout anyway.
Also today I went shopping and got some amazing deals on clothes. I’m also feeling more confident in how I look, just two weeks and my abs are stronger and the stomach is just a little less ‘jiggley’ than it was before starting the program.
