Specific advice to your situation is hard without knowing what you've been doing already, ie. what you are selling, how you are promoting, how long you've been doing affiliate management, etc. One thing I would always recommend is keep track of what's working for you, and working really well, and make sure you are doing everything you can to improve or repeat until moving on to something new.
