BannerFatloss200x250Today is Day 24 of the Fat Loss Quickie Challenge. (if you haven’t been following along you can read the first post here)

Yea, I totally fell off track yesterday with my Fat Loss Quickie program. I think I had about three bowls of ice cream – I just went mad! I shouldn’t have bought all that ice cream but I thought I was strong enough to just have a scoop as a treat every few days. Instead yesterday I just ate a whole lot of Rolo and Oreo filled goodness, lol.

Ok – it’s badness. I’m totally not beating myself up over it though. I know it’s going to take a while to really change my mindset around food and yesterday I had a bit of a binge, yes, but today I’m determined to get back on track.

The good news is even though I ate all that ice cream I hadn’t gained anything when I stepped on the scale today – in fact I’m actually down 2lbs from my last report on weight.

So that’s a total of 5lbs lost in 3 1/2 weeks on the Fat Loss Quickie program.

Oh and of course I did both of my Fat Loss Quickie Workouts today!
