Q – Please tell us about yourself and what you do?
Short version – 20 year journey. Started in a career with an advertising agency. Having kids changed the way I felt about my career.
Q – You are at a stage in your business that many business owners are dreaming of right now. Just in case anyone is wondering if this happened overnight or without effort, can you tell us how long it took you to get where you are now?
Success is relative but I am becoming the voice of reason and on a bit of rampage to tell people that this is not a get rich overnight, make money while you sleep thing. Business is work.
Q – In just two or three words, can you tell us the traits you believe it takes to be successful no matter what business you are in?

Q – How do you incorporate business, fitness, life and family into your day?
Very intentionally. Schedule time, make all of those points a priority in my day.
Q – As I mentioned in the beginning I came across your National Association of Home-Based Business Moms while doing a search for authentic marketing though I’m sure I have seen the site before. Marketers Mojo is all about building a business you love. In the following quote I think you really captured that:
“we will help you live an abundant and wealthy life filled with harmony, peace, ease and joy”
How does your association help moms do that?
NAHBM is an association to impower, educate and enlighten moms who are working from home.
Q – What kind of impact has your business had on your own children, Jake and Brianna?
Setting such a great example to children that there are other possibilities out there and that they can live life on their own terms.
Q – I noticed on your about page of NAHBM that you became burnt-out and over stressed before you decided to make a change. Do you see a lot of moms getting to burn-out before they decide they do deserve that amazing life and business and realize it is achievable?
I don’t think all moms reach burn-out before they make a change but I have seen a common theme where moms get frustrated with where they are and how their live is turning out based on what they’ve built.
Q – I love the Full Potential Wheel on your website and will link to that in the show notes. It looks like a big topic so we could probably do a call just on that wheel – but can you touch on the importance of not just focusing on business and neglecting other parts of the wheel?
