If you’ve been reading my blog for a little while you might remember back in August 2009 when I began my fitness and health mission with the post ‘Dropping The WAH Weight – Ya With Me?‘ Well in that first video I set a goal to fit back into The Leather Jacket by January 23rd, 2010.

Status: I didn’t make it ALL the way. I CAN zip that baby up but it’s definitely a way too snug fit. The good news is in four months I did lose 20lbs and gained a lot of confidence.

Every month I’ve done video updates about the program I’ve been following for my exercises, and that’s the Fat Loss Quickie Program.

So now I need a new goal and I’m inviting you to join me in creating your fitness, health and exercise goal for 2010.

My new goal: A beautiful fitting leather jacket by June 30th, 2010.

  1. Angela, I’m with you! I’m on day 21 of the Fat Loss Quickie program and am seeing/feeling a difference already. (just fit into my next size down pants this week!!) But I have a long ways to go though, so I’m with you for concentrating 2010 on getting and being healthy and fit!
