Cool isn’t it?! I think it’s a super classy to advertise your domain name on your car. Years ago I advertised a candle business using a stick-on decal but this is so much nicer looking.
Just having a little bit o dilemma about what domain name to use:
1. www.MarketersMojo.com – Yes this is my main business and my main domain but I’m not sure that I want to advertise it on my VW Beetle (pictured below). I think my site is better found through other websites and the search engines, where most people understand where they are landing. Otherwise I’m concerned people might type in the address and not get what the site is about.
2. www.TheFunCar.com – This site is a bit more of a ‘hobby’ blog at the moment and really isn’t much of a source of income, yet. BUT – people who like VW Beetles and are checkin out my car would definitely be a great target market as a reader of my blog there.

Those are so nice – I love ‘em! I’ve noticed some of the college tags that people are putting on are like that now, too. Like I’ve seen the longhorn for Univ. of Texas in silver like that. It looks great! I would be confused, as well, which of my sites to use. It looks like my personal blog doesn’t fit, though. MyVeryOwnMail.com fits nicely and looks cute, too! I think your FunCar site would be an awesome fit!

I think MyVeryOwnMail is a good one for a more general audience too.
Definitely leaning towards thefuncar for mine too even though it’s not a main business – who knows, maybe the lettering will help it grow!

Seems the hardest part for everyone is to decide which domain to use!
For my two cents — I’d put your main domain on it.
On highway trips I record business website urls I see on vehicles to check out when I get home.
I think it would be great advertising, whether local, or on your highway travels.
Of course if you were looking to monetize your ‘thefuncar’ site then go for that.
Or get one of each url for each door! LOL
