   i know, this is great I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this and put it into action immediatly.. the best thing is for visual peeps like me they have a nice lil’ video to go with it

   I’d go a step further – Google Apps for small business owners is really the best thing ever. I left outlook behind about 2 years ago, now. I love Google Apps. It used to take outlook 5-7 minutes to search for an email. Google does it in seconds and I’ve a lot more email now. I used to delete emails all the time in outlook, to shorten the search time – I can save everything – and never a full inbox

   Not to mention, google docs, calendar, and all the third party apps that are integrating with it – like my new project management system – manymoons.

   Oh, man, it so rocks!

     You know I ended up being not that great a fan of the Priority Inbox after all, but I think that’s because I just am fanatic about keeping my inbox organized and keeping it pretty empty. Every few months I even manage to get the inbox down to zero which is always fun!

     I can’t argue with you though on the awesomeness of Google products and all that. Gmail, Calendar, etc,etc! I’ve heard of manymoons but haven’t ever checked that one out yet.
