Websites are for people and you should always build your website (or blog) with your readers in mind. Creating a website just for sales or for the search engine robots is the wrong way to create a long lasting site.

People come to the internet looking for information and they want you to provide it to them in a clear, concise and easy to follow manner. Make sure what you share with your readers is useful. Loading your sites full of banners and sales ads won’t get you anywhere.

An excellent way to get more affiliate sales from your website is to provide honest reviews of products you’ve tried and recommend.

Making recommendations and linking out with your affiliate link is also a way to promote affiliate marketing programs without being overwhelming to your readers.

As an affiliate marketer you must always keep your reader in mind. What are they thinking about when they are reading your content? What do they need? Provide them with the information to make an informed decision and buying the product will be just a logical next step in the process.
