WordPress Services Templates & Checklists

If you offer WordPress services or want to then you’ll like this…

You might know that WordPress is used by 22% of all new websites and that the demand for people who know how to design sites in WordPress is growing every day (with no signs of slowing).

If you offer WordPress services you know the clients are out there.. but how do you get them to hire you? Read More→

WordCamp Toronto 2011 – Will You Be There?

At WordCamp Toronto 2010

I’m a huge fan of the ‘camp’ series of events in the online marketing industry. They are usually very laid-back types of events where people want to get to know you for you.

Of course there’s business involved, but the emphasis is on learning and meeting people in your industry.

Now what kind of a WordPress teacher and designer would I be if I didn’t buy a ticket to WordCamp?!

Website Example: WordPress Marketing for Authors

I’ve got a few questions for you:

Is your email list growing exponentially?
Do your website pages convert to sales?
Are you getting all the search engine searches you can?

If you answered no to any of the above questions you might find some helpful tips from a recent site review I did on Joy’s website: Read More→

Don’t Buy That Plugin Until You Read This!

Sorry if you get two emails from me today but I had to warn you about some BAD marketing
behavior I’ve become aware of and it relates to the email recommendation I sent you last week.

Please read this if you are going to buy the WordPress Backup plugin I recommended –
because now I don’t recommend it and I’m going to tell you why.

The plugin itself is pretty awesome, but as a customer myself I’m very bothered by the marketing
tactics used by the two dudes who are selling it.

WordPress Site Backup & Move in only 10 Minutes?

(I’ve changed my mind! Please see my post here: Don’t Buy That Plugin until you read this!)

I’m pleased as punched about a new WordPress Site Backup plugin I’ve discover that makes moving a WordPress website super-easy.

I took a chance and decided to record myself using it for the first time. I was expecting it to work well and it did! So, see for yourself how I was able to copy my site and move it to a new domain in only 10 minutes after owning the plugin for only 10 minutes.

VIDEO REMOVED: PLEASE SEE THIS POST TO READ MY RETRACTION

Everytime I run my group-coaching program, Website Design Mojo, someone asks me if there’s a way for them to work on their WordPress website in the background and then move it when it’s ready. It’s not an easy thing to do manually as you need to fuss with the databases – that’s not something that ‘newbies’ should be messing with!

But – with Backup Creator even the newest of newbies can do the following:

  • Make a WordPress Site or Blog Backup.
  • Move an entire website, plugins, content and all that to a new host in minutes.
  • Build a site in a ‘hidden’ location and then move it when ready to launch.
  • Create a site template for client sites, niche sites or anything else you can think of.

Watch the video and see for yourself how it works fast and easy. Love it <3

Talk to you soon,
Angela
