Why WordPress? 7 Reasons WordPress is Best!

Wednesday, August 25th, 2010

When I created my first website I did it from ‘scratch’. That means I hand-coded every line of the site in HTML coding. It was time-consuming, pain-steaking and some times down right frustrating.

Many years have passed and these days getting your website up is NOT the hard part. WordPress makes it very easy to get a site up in a matter of minutes (I timed myself one day and had a site up and ready to post to in 10 minutes!)

Sure there are still older, more costly and more complicated ways of buidling a website but why bother when wordpress is ALL you need? Read More→

Oh Betsy, You Missed The Point of Article Marketing!

Angela Wills, EzineArticles.com Platinum Author
I was taking a peek through Ezine Articles today, looking for articles on a niche topic I’m thinking about working on and I came across something that startled me:

Articles without any resource box or links back to their website

The articles were written by a lady named ‘Betsy’ and it appears to me she’s missed the point of article marketing entirely.

So I thought I better get over here to my blog and remind everyone how to build your business with article marketing. Read More→

Simple Steps To Holding Your Own Online Class

Tuesday, July 27th, 2010

Guest post by Crissy Herron

Holding your own online class is a great way to profit from the skills you have and the information that you already know. Sharing this information with others can be a fun and profitable addition to your existing business. Here is a quick-start guide:

Decide What To Teach

The first step to holding your own online class is to decide what to teach. If nothing pops into your head right away, take out a piece of paper and write down the things that you are good at.

This could be anything from finding great bargains to writing great sales copy. Go ahead and list the skills that others have complimented you on or told you that they wish they had. Read More→

Cool Example of Strong Branding With Graphics

Monday, July 12th, 2010

Based on feedback from my target market (you!) I have a new site in the works that I think will help a lot of new and struggling business owners.

The site is about making your first $1 or $100 on the internet. Over 50% of the people I surveyed through this blog so far are feeling stuck, very skeptical or haven’t made any money online yet even through they’re trying.

So – I’m creating a site on how to get started with any number of online businesses including virtual assistance, ghostwriting, copywriting, graphic design, etc.

The first thing I did when I went to build the (in-progress) site was look for the right graphics. You see I wanted to get a strong brand for this site. Since it’s built on such a specific idea that wasn’t hard to do.

What I wanted:
- a female on the computer
- green color included for money
- money in the background that didn’t look sleezy/scammy
- an illustration, not real pictures so it looks fun and easy

Where I found it:

The first thing I did was go to iStockPhoto and look for illustrations. I found the perfect illustration of a lady on the computer and then a background illustration of money. They both fit perfectly what I wanted. So then I went to work creating text around them with GIMP.

Here’s the result:

I did put all the graphics together to build this brand myself using a free program called Gimp. I’m really a DIY gal when at all possible. You can be too, here’s how:
http://www.marketersmojo.com/gimp

The reason? Well yes, I’m a bit of a control FREAK but also because once you get a skill down you really can whip up a project quickly. Another reason is that I know what I want and graphics are a bitch to try to explain to someone else. Even the best of graphics designers can’t read minds and they always put their own preferences and style into your work by default.

I know I’m not the only one who appreciates being able to make their own graphics though! That’s because I’m hosting the Gimp Clinic this coming Wednesday, July 14th and as of right now there are only 9 spots left. Check it out here:
http://www.marketersmojo.com/gimp

Graphics count, a lot. Now that I’ve built my strong brand and am proud of it I will continue to build the entire business with pride. It’s kind of like putting on a really sharp outfit. It looks great but also gives others the impression that you’re ready to tackle whatever is in front of you.

p.s. Graphics aren’t just for building websites. You can build your brand and your business with graphics to promote your site, your products, an event and more. Here’s where to learn how to DIY:

The Mentoring Program That Paid For Itself

Tuesday, June 15th, 2010

As you learn how to run a business it’s just unrealistic to think you can and should go it alone.

I mean if we think about how we learn all through our lives we have mentors for just about everything we do:

- Our parents are mentors as we are welcomed to the world and then try to figure out what it’s all about.
- Our friends are mentors when they’re learned something we don’t yet know.
- Our school teachers are mentors as we learn the skills we need to go get jobs (if we so choose to ;)

So why do we sometimes think in business we should throw away the mentor mentality and figure it all out ourselves? Well, we shouldn’t!

I became a bit of a membership-site-aholic a few years ago and joined a lot of different ones. What I can tell you without a doubt is that not all membership sites are created equal.

Meet Lynn Terry:
I don’t know when exactly I first heard of Lynn Terry but I’ve been reading her Clicknewz blog for many years now, about five. I was certainly impressed by her story – a single mom who worked her way from not enough money for groceries to internet marketing success story. I was also impressed by the amount of seriously high quality content she gave away for free.

I don’t know what took me so long to join Lynn’s Elite Membership Forum. I knew Lynn knew her stuff, was a successful affiliate marketer and had a seriously loyal following.

Well if I think a little harder I guess I was tired of ‘wasting’ monthly membership fees and was weary of joining another membership group that I just used as a distraction to go ‘chat’ and not get anything done with.

But I bit the bullet and paid out the monthly membership cost to join the Elites.

Fast forward seven months and here are direct results from my time there:

1. $46+ Monthly Commish: As a result of November’s challenge I am now in the #2, #3, #4 & #10 positions for ‘Audio Acrobat Review’ and am earning a recurring profit of $46.08 in affiliate commissions every month. Considering I had no affiliate commissions from Audio Acrobat when I started the program this challenge alone has more than paid for my membership.

2. $125+ Sales Profits: I decided to write a report on my success hosting a virtual event last year. I wasn’t sure if I should sell it or give it away. Now while giving away quality reports is a great way to boost business, Lynn and the gang over at the elite forum suggested I sell it. And sell it I did! I put it into the 10 Day May Madness sale for just $5 and sold over 25. That’s an initial profit of over $125. Another four months of membership paid for.

3. Coaching Program Success: You probably know that I’m running a coaching program right now on how to create a website with WordPress. My planning of this event coincided perfectly with May’s challenge to create a product and so I accepted the challenge and posted my planning and progress on the forum. It was great to use the forum as a place to get feedback on how I was doing and suggestions on what else could be done. The coaching program has been a wonderful success for it’s first run with 21 students. Again, making the monthly membership payment easily paid up for a few years.

Now I know you know I can’t promise you’ll make your money back in the first week or the first month as your results may completely vary. What I can promise you is this:

“Lynn Terry and the Elite members are amoung the most dedicated online marketers out there. Lynn truely cares about helping her members and her market get from start to profit, and then repeat. “

The Self Starters Weekly Tips Elite membership is the ONLY membership program I now pay a monthly fee for and I’d be willing to pay double or triple for what I receive there.

So the membership has been closed for a while. Lynn’s been moving things around, making changes and improvements and gearing up for more members to join us.

Well I just got word the doors are open and you can sneek in before everyone else even knows about it!

Come join me on the forums (I visit and comment daily) and get the mentoring and support you need to get motivated and do greater things with your business. Here’s the link:

This Will Change Your Life Bullshit!

Thursday, June 10th, 2010

Yea, I’m in a bit of a mood today.

I got an email from a well-known ‘internet marketer’ who said I should listen to a video from his drunk cousin and that at first he’s hiding it but then you can tell. So, ya, human nature says I click because I want to see what this drunk cousin who’s managed to make a mint looks like.

But then I find it’s just another pay-per-click video and I feel totally fooled!

I don’t know about you but again and again I’m tired of this bullshit that you can spend a few pennies and get rich. No, they didn’t say that in the video but isn’t lying by omission the same as lying?!

And so this one guy made tons of money in one niche – does that mean that I’m going to find a profitable and fullfilling business doing the same?

I mean. How much money did the guy WASTE before he became profitable in the first day? How many people like him have a crazy-rich cousin who knows every possible way to make a ton of cash online? How much help did he get from his millionaire friends before he made a profit? How much did he already have in his bank account before he started making a mint? These things get left out ALL the time.

My biggest beef with this type of hype and dreams is that as a service provider I get clients coming to me all the time with seriously unrealistic expectations.

Make no doubt about it: It takes time, skill, dedication, crazy-ass committment and a will like nothing else to run your own business! It’s not paint-by-numbers easy. There’s no simple formula and you won’t get rich overnight!!

And don’t get me wrong here: Dreams can come true, you can make a lot of money online and it does get easier. But for the 95% of us who struggle seeing these videos about how easy it can be can be a real kick in the face.

Let’s get realistic, ok?

RANT OVER!

So, yea. I’m not some big guru. I didn’t get rich overnight. In fact I’m not rich at all. I’m a single mom, makin my way in the sometimes sharky, snarky world of online business. And I know a few things that have made me a few bucks.

If you want to learn from someone who won’t get your hopes sky high only to have them dashed back to earth with a spirit-crushing crash, someone who can show you how to make a few thousand a month online (sometimes working damn hard – sometimes not so much) because that’s where she’s at then check out my stuff ok?

I’ll never send you bullshit emails just to make a fast buck selling you dreams and fairy-tales.

K?

I’ve got good free stuff here:

Over the weekend I watched an 88 year old Betty White do her thing on Saturday Night Live. As I watched I couldn’t help but wonder how many years she has left because she’s lived such a full life and how amazing to top it off with an event to remember.
Times 100 Most Influential People in the World Gala New York City
I also couldn’t help but wonder if I’ll have so many truly great accomplishments to look back on when I turn 88.

It was such a strange and amazing turn of events the lead to the talent actress hosting the popular late night show. It was a mixture of old and new.

After fans saw Betty on the Snickers commercial that featured her as a pseudo football player they started a Facebook campaign to get her on the show.

Betty’s career spans 70 years. SEVENTY YEARS!

I loved her on the Golden Girls, she was absolutely my favorite character.

There’s No Internet Marketer Who Compares

For all intents and purposes marketing on the internet started no earlier than 1980′s, and that’s really pushing it since about 99% of people had no idea how to sell a thing online in the 80′s. So, at most, we’ve got experts who’ve been in this field for 30 years but they would be very few and far between. Most people have no more than 15 years in internet marketing.

See what I’m getting at here? We ARE pioneers. We ARE paving a new road. Going where no man or woman has gone before. {dun da dun, la, la, la, la, la, la <-- star trek theme song ;) } Isn't that exciting, and amazing?

And so I get back to my question of Who Will Be The First Golden Girl of Internet Marketing.

Will it be you? Will it be me? Will it be one of the many, amazing women marketers out there literally making the world a better place by sharing their wealth of information so others can build an income online?

In It to Win It?

I know with all my heart I’m in this one for the long haul. It’s what I’m absolutely called to do. I see myself doing nothing else for my entire life.

I don’t even see myself retiring! Because retirely means leaving a J.O.B. to live your life. But I plan on making my business PART of my life like Betty White has done so beautifully!

But You Suck at Sales!

People have tried to tell me I was wrong. That I wasn’t cut out for this. I was even told: “Angela, You’re just not a sales person.” Ummm, the continuous stream of paypal payments this week tells a different story, you see.

To be fair they were right, I’m not a salesperson. At least not in the old fashioned sense of the word. And I’m glad. You see the internet has changed the way many do business. I’m not the sleezy Amway rep who pushes their way into your home and tries to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need and weren’t looking for.

No, I’m the kind of salesperson who meets you where you’re at, who listens, who learns what you really need or want and helps you get it. THAT’S the kind of salesperson I LOVE to be.

I don’t really care if I’m the first Betty White of Internet Marketing. That’s not my point. The point is to make you think about your legacy, your life’s work and how you’ll feel when you turn 88 and look back on all you’ve done.

Now that’s something worth thinking about…

Do People Really Make Money Online?

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

I got this question yesterday and asked Adrian if he was ok with me posting to my blog. I love getting questions like this because it makes me reflect on what I’ve accomplished and it also helps me understand what my subscribers and readers are feeling challenged by.

Here’s my answer to the question: Do People Really Make Money Online?

Hey Angela:

I guess i am a bit skeptical. Do people really make money online.
I was reading an article about CPA networks and was wondering if you have ever come accross CPA network. I am thinking of starting an online business but not sure where to start and if it can replace my income eventually.

Thanks,
adrian

Hi Adrian,

Thanks so much for your email and for trusting me with that question.

I answered your question below and it turned into quite the article. Do you mind if I post your question along with your first name on my site? I plan on posting my answer but it would be great to post the question too – then when you start your business come back and remind me so I can update the page with your website link ;)

Please let me know.

Here’s my answer:

I know it is hard to believe for some. Actually my parents still don’t really believe it even though I’ve worked from home full time myself now for over three years.

Here’s what I can tell you:

My first year I made $18,000 while working full time at a job the first half the year.
My second year I made about $35,000
In my third year I made some major changes to my business and basicly took half the year off and still made about $16,000.

Now these aren’t million dollar or even six figure quotes of fame and fortune. Could I have made more? Absolutely. I flip-flopped from business model to business model, basically trying out a lot of different things – I had no focus!

But I was also learning how to run a business while I earned, which isn’t something that everyone has a natural talent to do. I consider my first three years my ‘paid schooling’. Not bad considering I got paid over $60,000 to go to school.

I can also tell you there are many, many ways to make money online. In those first three years I would say I flip flopped from idea to idea, making a bit here and there. Here are just some of the things I did to make money:

- Virtual Assistant business: This involved building websites, doing site updates, writing articles, editing content, submitting to website directories and just about anything an online business owner asked me to do.

- Article Services: I bought a website for $500 that served clients who needed original articles written. That site made me a profit of about $1000 per month. I kept it for about a year and then decided to sell it for $3000 which was actually way under value and still made six times what I originally paid. I actually consider selling that site one of my biggest mistakes and I’m thinking of starting one up again.

- Information Products: I’ve written a number of information products on topics ranging from how I started my virtual assistant business, how to start an affiliate program, how to set up and run teleseminars and my latest is about how to set up and run virtual events.

affiliate marketing- Affiliate Sales: As an affiliate for other people’s products I have made thousands of dollars, won an ipod and a cash bonus. What I do is make recommendations for quality products and then when someone takes that recommendation I make a referral fee. There’s more information on how that works here:
http://www.marketersmojo.com/freebies/beginners-guides/affiliate-marketing/

- Coaching Programs: I’ve set up programs where I’ve coached clients on various topics including how to be an affiliate manager, how to set up teleseminars and my latest is on how to create your own website. You might be interested in checking that out as it covers so much more than just putting up websites, it’s also about the research, the content, the marketing and the metrics:
http://www.websitedesignmojo.com

- Website Design: I currently have a website design business where I also create sites for clients. I charge $300 upwards of $3000 for various services and get new clients on a regular basis. If you want to peek that’s here:
http://www.blogsitemojo.com

So as you can see there are quite a few ways to make money online. Of course there are even more than I’ve listed, including CPA which you mentioned. I haven’t any experience with CPA but from what I understand of it, it’s very legitimate. CPA stands for cost per acquisition and from what I’ve seen it’s something a lot of the larger companies offer as an ‘affiliate program’. Basically you are getting paid to get someone to sign up for a free offer, of a free product, etc.

For example – I know of a very successful affiliate marketer in the ‘online dating’ niche. She has ads on her site that get people to sign up for a free compatibility test. It costs nothing and she gets paid for the sign up, the acquisition. Companies do this because they know how much each sign up is worth. They figure this out by realizing that for every 100 customers, X number of customers will buy. So, if they get 5 sales out of every 100 sign ups they can afford to pay out a percentage of that so they have access to more leads then they can get themselves.

I hope that helps!

Why Learn Website Design?

Monday, May 10th, 2010

I have a friend who is 33 years old and still doesn’t have her license. Now if she were in a big city with subways to get her anywhere in a zip no problem, but she’s in a more rural area where often she’s left stranded with no way to do what she needs to.

Luckily my friend is married so her husband drives her around for free. But can you imagine how expensive it would be for her to pay a cab driver every time she needed milk, groceries, to shuttle the kids around, visit friends, go to work, etc?

You’re in exactly the same situation if you don’t know how to build, update and maintain your website.

Now let’s say you have it in your budget to pay a website designer and you feel you just don’t have time to do it yourself. I beg to differ and here’s why:

- Indecision Costs: If you don’t understand the software for your website you will spend a lot of time asking your designer for help or revamping what you thought you wanted, this is going to cost you big time. Kind of like if you asked the cab drive to just start driving and you’d figure out how to get there as you go!

- Stagnation Costs: Let’s say you’ve got a great idea for your website but instead of popping in to do a five minute fix you need to engage a website designer for services, explain to them what you need, wait for them to get to it, check if they did it right and then maybe have them tweak if you need changes. This is going to take a LOT longer than a quick DIY tweak. Because of that you’ll end up doing a LOT less and becoming stagnant.

- Knowledge Pays: Even if you do intend to outsource your website design to a smart, responsive and quick website person, it will pay off big time to know your software and know it well.

There’s a Time to Outsource

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying you should never outsource but I am saying that first you should learn to do it yourself. That way you KNOW EXACTLY where you’re going and how to get there – just like you do when you order a cab!

How?

Well I highly recommend WordPress. It’s a free software program that you install on your hosting account. It can be accessed from anywhere and with a little practice you’ll be able to update your site in no time flat!

Website Design Coaching Program Fast Movers Discount

This is so important and something I see so many marketers needing badly that I’ve decided to put together a thorough coaching program for a limited number of students. For now up until May 12th there is a ‘fast movers‘ special happening where you can get $100 off the already low class fee. Check it out here:

ps. If you’re not quite sure yet you can sign up for the free teleseminar on May 25th, just keep in mind the fast mover special will be over by then. Here’s that link again, scroll down to the bottom to sign up for the ‘sneek peek’:

How to Make a Website That Sells

Wednesday, May 5th, 2010

When an artist puts brush to canvas they know what they’re about to make. A good artist will also know exactly what emotion they want to evoke in the piece they are creating.

Your website must be the same way in order to make sales.

Before you put together a website you need to know what you want to do with it. In order to know what to do with your website you must know the market you are about to serve.

If you don’t know who your market is then it’s time to go back and do some digging. The key is to serve a market with a need. Don’t just start a website on a topic just because you like it, make sure people need your products, services or recommendations before you put your heart and soul into a new business.

So we’ve got that out of the way and you know exactly who your target market is. Now it’s time to create a website that is designed around that market.

Here are some ‘staple’ pages that many websites have:
- About
- Contact
- FAQ
- Products
- Services
- Articles
- Media

The pages your website has again will be built around your site’s objective.

Call to Action is KEY

One of the biggest mistakes I see website owners make is believing that content alone is enough to make people buy. You need not only to provide fantastic content, but you must craft the content to call your readers to take ACTION.

How to Make a Website

So you know your target market, you know what action you want them to take and now you need to figure out how to create that website.

How About WordPress?

If you have been marketing online for any period of time you may have heard people raving about the open source (FREE!) program that is most commonly know for blogging.

Here’s a quick list on why you should use WordPress as a Website:
- Easy three-click installation
- Create a professional looking site using thousands of available free and premium templates
- Update your own website once you learn how to use wordpress
- Log into your website from anywhere and make changes on the fly
- WordPress is free, no expensive software to buy or update
- Create user accounts to allow multiple authors or editors
- House a website and blog all in one software program
- Web pages will be automatically structured for search engine optimization
- Use the programs media function to upload and link to photos, documents and files without hassle

I’ve been creating my own websites since 1999 and I can’t imagine not having the control to update and create my own websites and marketing whenever I need to.

Even if you plan on outsourcing the bulk of your website creating, updating and maintenance it’s still important that you understand the system your site will be built in. Knowing exactly what to outsource will save you time and plenty of money.

Overall WordPress is simply a great program for both website design and blogging.

Mission: Talk Radio {Top Secret}

Friday, April 30th, 2010

Accept this mission only if you want to:
- reach a wider market
- establish expert presence
- get invited to speak more often
- practice your speaking skills
- make more sales

Angela WillsHey! I’ve got a special mission for you starting right now. Next week you’ll hear a great interview on Marketers Mojo Talk Radio from Francine Silverman about becoming a guest on radio shows and internet talk radio shows.

The interview with Francine got me thinking and I was scheming up ways to get myself on shows while also doing a case study of her book, the Business Directory of Talk Radio Shows.

What I came up with was MISSION: TALK RADIO!!! Join me as I spend the month of March booking as many shows as I can to promote my upcoming Website Design coaching program.

May’s Top Secret Mission: Talk Radio Infiltration & Captivation

Your mission is to find target talk radio shows to analyze, monitor and approach. Convert as many non-believers as you can – get them to invite you to their talk radio show.

It won’t be hard if you get on their good side. Butter them up by first gathering intelligence about their talk radio show, then find out what their show objective is, then make an offer they can’t refuse by making sure you are exactly the target they are aiming for.

Assignment:

1. Seek out shows that fit your business.

2. Listen to them and make sure you’d be an ideal guest.

3. Contact show hosts and introduce yourself as a potential interviewee.

4. Book as many shows as you can for the upcoming month (or months), with a minmum of four shows.

Virtual Event Case Study

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

Planning your own virtual event? Interested in offering virtual event services? Or maybe you are looking for a virtual event planning course to decide if it’s something you’d like to do.

Well last year I hosted my own virtual event called the Marketers Mojo Virtual Conference. It was a four-day event that featured twenty-two speakers. I made a profit of $1689 and created a product that is still being sold here:
http://www.MarketersMojoVirtualConference.com

While looking back through my products from the previous year it occured to me that I had made pretty good records of everything I did to plan, host and promote this virtual event. That’s when I made the decision to create a special report called the ‘Virtual Event Case Study’.

Virtual Event Planning
Who Is Virtual Event Case Study For?
Internet Marketers, Virtual Assistants, Authors, Speakers and other small business owners who have a message they’d like to share with their market.

What Is The Report About?
It’s a 18-page report that goes step-by-step through a real case study of a virtual event that brought in over $2500 in sales and a profit of $1689 (after paying affiliates).

Included in the report are many templates, including:
- Email to send potential speakers.
- Email to send speakers who accept invitation.
- Salespage template example.
- Download page template example.
- Handout page example.

Why Buy It?
You can certainly go full steam ahead without buying this case study like I did. The problem is you’ll probably run into some of the speed bumps and issues that you can only learn from experience (your own or someone else’s).

In this report I share some of the issues you’ll need to deal with at most virtual events as well as what I would do differently the second time around.

How Is The Report Delivered?
Upon purchase you’ll choose a username and password to enter our member access area. From there you can log into your account and instantly download the pdf report. The templates and files are linked within the pdf report.

Were To Buy It?
You can grab this report by clicking the link below. It’s just $27 right now:

How Pretty is Your Washroom?

Tuesday, April 27th, 2010

At least once a week or so I love getting out to work at a local hometown coffee shop. It really is a beautiful setting. The shop is right on the lake with a porch for working right in nature on sunny days. It’s nicely designed with every detail from coffee art on the walls, a fancy magazine rack on the wall, comfy chairs next to little fireplaces, marble tops and modern chairs in the table and chair section. They also have great coffee, drinks and delicious treats!

All that in itself is impressive but I think I’ve become accustomed to it. Today I was even more impressed when I went to the ladies room and found this:

It’s just the prettiest little washroom I’ve ever seen at a local business. The picture doesn’t really do it justice, it’s very cute and very clean. To me it shows that the owners take care in the little details. The creativity needed to put this together this didn’t come from someone with short-term profits in mind – it came from a long-term investment in their business and branding.

Ok, are you now wondering – “Yea, great Angela, nice washroom! Who cares?!”

Well I do. The customer. I like a business who things about things that I may or may not see, about the overall and complete customer experience.

How can you do this in online business? How can you pretty up your washroom online? Well here are just a few ideas:

  • Pretty up your emails – Whether you use HTML or text emails you can take care in crafting a message that is easy to read and is also infused with personality. You can use *** or ^^ or ;) or any combinations you like to spruce things up a little.
  • 404 Error Pages – I’m totally guilty of this one. Sometimes people won’t find what they’re looking for on your site and they’ll end up at an ugly 404 error page. Have your website designer or DIY if you know how and create a warm, inviting reception for those who’ve lost their way!
  • Shopping Cart Consistency – Is your shopping cart a messy jumble? Make sure there is a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
  • Product Delivery – Are you still showing you care after they pay? Take a look at your product deliver and ask yourself how smooth it is. Is it super-simple for the customer to get what they’ve purchased? Have a few people do test sales for you if you are unsure.

I just think it’s a wonderful lesson in how much it shows when you take care and put the love into your business!

p.s. Now I couldn’t leave this post without telling you where to find this awesome little coffee shop. It’s called Black River Coffee and it’s located on High Street in Sutton, Ontario. Be sure to check them out and if you do tell them you found them via my blog ;) And if you’ve got to go to the ladies room you know it’s all good (men – I’m sure the men’s washroom is just as cool)
