Good question Mark. Well I don’t use WAHMCart now either. I now use Amember.

As for whether sales went up or down after switching I would say my product listing has changed so much since then it’s hard to tell. I believe having a great system that is easy to use CAN have a big effect on sales though so if it’s possible to test the change then as you suggest it’s important to monitor that.

Hey Sundra thanks for the comment! I certainly don’t know what I’d do without my wordpress websites – they put food on the table and help me make a difference in other people’s lives, just awesome.

Got to love wordpress. Easy to use and high quality. Of course you might get hacked sometimes because it’s a popular cms/blog. Hackers seems to like popular systems. But I have only been hacked one time, because sometimes I’m to lazy and forget to update regularly.

Well I guess that depends on your definition of ‘huge’. It’s not uncommon for some of the top online marketers to make a million in a day. It’s possible, not always probable. But to me the excitement of the possibility is enough to make website design very exciting.

I never aim to over-exagerrate anything here, if you read further into my past posts I’m always very realistic in my claims.

Myself I certainly don’t make HUGE amounts of cash with my websites, but I know it is possible as it has been done.

On the realistic side, it’s entirely possible to earn a six-figure living with a single or multiple websites – to this single mom who’s just looking to do what she loves that is huge to me.

Are you saying you’ve earned around $80 online so far? You can certainly add to that I’m sure! I’ve made a living from my own business now since 2006.

Angela, is the claim about HUGE returns a tad over the top. Maybe it’s the content of my site — Grammar Worksheets, but I’ve had a very popular advertising vehicle, but I’ve “earned” in the low $80.00′s up to now. I have even tried to sell an answer sheet with teaching tips for $0.50, but I don’t even get an email asking for it for free, which I offer!

OMG – I love wordpress! I went from a technophobe who was held hostage by her web designer for every little update (i.e. cobweb) to a wordpress diva and I’m completely easy with editing, adding pages, adding posts, adding images, video, audio – it’s all so easy.

Oh, if you look at my main site – http://artists-edge.com – that’s wordpress. If you look at my blog http://artists-edge.com/blog – that’s wordpress too….

BTW – I didn’t self install – I hired someone for about 1/3rd of what it cost to put up my html website to do the install and customization. And then I ran with it.
